Our mission.
For some tools and machinery are just an item. But for us making tools is more than just the pure manufacturing of a product. It’s an individual solution where we accompany our customers from the idea of the product to the development over to mass production. This is done with competency and appropriate knowledge. Simulations for the manufacturing of the product are done during the preparation phase in close cooperation with our partners. This includes feasibility studies to guarantee additional planning and process reliability.
Our goal is to increase the customer benefit permanently. To work effectively and realize innovative production processes we have established a competency network. With that we can react to complex scope of works but if needed also reach out to our competent partners for technology transfers.
To support our customers in an optimum way, we offer complete spare part packages as well as alterations or optimizations of existing tools.

Founded in 1995, Kaefer Werkzeugbau GmbH is basing its business on the mechanical perfection for complex and high value precision tools. Besides tradition we have increased our competence to modern industrial production engineering, a competent technical sales organization and strategic business management. Our employees, who are highly engaged and drive the daily change process are guaranteeing our success. Ongoing innovation is one of our core targets.
Our product portfolio includes development, construction, manufacturing and sales of stamping, progressive- and transfer tools, serial handling as well as thermoforming and gauges.
